The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to oversee several of our sites, driving sales according to our targets.

You must be agile in what is a challenging market, looking for solutions and alternative ways to market our range of properties.

In addition to this, you will collaborate with the other Sales Managers, as well as the Head of Sales and Marketing on budgets, land valuations, and marketing of the divisional developments, both pre and post construction.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Managing a team of Sales Advisors to ensure they have the support and tools necessary to achieve their targets
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that sales are aligned with the overall business strategy
