Aerospace Sales Director

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across several sites, collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing on budgets, land valuations, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations across multiple sites, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Provide sales support and guidance to Sales Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their targets.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
