About the Role

Crest Nicholson plc, a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities, is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join their Eastern division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across several sites, collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing on budgets, land valuations, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales operations across multiple sites, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to Sales Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
