About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Employal. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and build new business relationships within the specified target market/verticals.
  • Actively seek to understand our target markets, industry, company, clients, products, and services.
  • Meet and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes supporting sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B Sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of a structured sales process.
  • Ability to quickly build and grow prospect customer relationships.
  • Experience in the development of cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Influential in negotiation and communication.
