We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Employal. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and build new business relationships within the specified target market/verticals.
- Actively seek to understand our target markets, industry, company, clients, products, and services.
- Meet and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
- Prepare proposals and quotes supporting sales efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Knowledge and experience of a structured sales process.
- Ability to quickly build and grow prospect customer relationships.
- Experience in the development of cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Influential in negotiation and communication.
