About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Employal Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, generating new business opportunities, and developing new business relationships within the specified target market/verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers who spend £1m
  • Generate business opportunities and generate profitable sales
  • Develop and build new business relationships within the specified target market/verticals through consistent and systematic relationship building
  • Actively seek to understand our target markets, the industry we operate in, our company, clients, products and services, and which market strategies can be used to attract new clients
  • Meet and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets
  • Prepare proposals and quotes supporting your sales
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop lead generation campaigns that drive new business
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Knowledge and experience of a structured sales process
  • Ability to quickly build and grow prospect customer relationships
  • Experience in the development of cross functional relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness, the ability to solve business issue with IT solutions
  • Influential in negotiation and communication
