We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated professional to become part of the Accident Repairs team at Pertemps TM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing vehicle repair inquiries through electronic communication, determining the most efficient and economical repair options.
  • Overseeing inbox operations.
  • Maintaining and updating databases.
  • Coordinating vehicle logistics.
  • Monitoring vehicles that are out of service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in motor claims.
  • Background in the accident repair sector.
  • Familiarity with fleet operations.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in a dynamic administrative environment.
  • Professional and articulate communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Working Conditions and Compensation:

This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Following the training phase, a hybrid work model will be available, allowing for remote work two days a week.

The role is offered on a temporary basis with a compensation rate of £12 per hour.
