We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accident Repair Coordinator at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our Fleet division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle repair process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize vehicle repair requests, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient repair routes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of vehicle repair issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle movements and repair status.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the repair process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our vehicle repair process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the accident repair industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Arrangements:
