About the Apprenticeship

We are proud to offer a comprehensive apprenticeship program that provides a wide range of learning and practical knowledge. As an Area Works Coordinator Apprentice, you will be based in Chesterfield and work towards achieving a Level 2 Customer Service or Level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work 39 hours per week, including off-the-job learning, which will lead to the achievement of the apprenticeship.
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm, Friday: 8am - 4pm.
  • Be assigned a mentor who will provide learning and development support to help you succeed.
Requirements
  • Be an enthusiastic and committed individual with good practical skills and an interest in the trade.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and have a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Have good communication skills and a desire to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Be willing to make a significant commitment to your own personal development and career.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Level 4 GCSE or above in Maths and English (or equivalent functional skills) or the ability to complete these with support by the end of the apprenticeship.
