As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic warehouse administration team. This role is situated in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
The position involves a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate primarily on our proprietary Traffic Management System and collaborate with our Network Partners' Systems to ensure seamless delivery tracking.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, proactively communicating with customers regarding any potential delays.
  • Address a high volume of customer inquiries through both telephone and email channels.
  • Coordinate with our Traffic Department to relay any modifications or updates to the system, such as changes in pallet quantities or delivery dates.
  • Verify Network Partners' Systems to confirm that all pallets are dispatched for delivery, promptly notifying customers of any discrepancies.
  • Organize re-routing as necessary, particularly in cases of mislabelled pallets.
  • Manage the unallocated freight report from the warehouse, which details job numbers of pallets scheduled for delivery but not yet dispatched.
