HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Next Employment Ltd. As a trusted advisor to our people leaders, you will play a key role in driving business success through effective HR strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with functional leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Embed People Strategy: Develop and implement people strategies that drive operational excellence and support business objectives.
  • Leadership Recruitment and Development: Lead recruitment, compensation, and displacement activities to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement and Support: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee issues, including disciplinary matters, development, retention, and compensation philosophy.
  • Talent Management and Development: Embed a talent management philosophy and support leaders in assessing skills and development needs.
  • Change Management and Transformation: Lead transformation and change management activities to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Provide support on employee engagement activities arising from annual surveys.

You will be a CIPD qualified professional with a strong background in business partnering within insurance, financial services, or professional services. You will have a proven ability to build strong business relationships and a mentoring style that fosters growth and development. You will be comfortable with travel within the UK to engage with our population and provide face-to-face support.
