Human Resources Business Partner

We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. (UK). As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Advise and coach line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development.
  • Support change management initiatives and navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Analyse people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Drive functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines, e.g. performance management, talent management, compensation and change.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Resourceful and adept at finding creative solutions and building internal networks.
  • People Business Partnering experience.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources or other related field.
