Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our small team at Statii Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing ERP company in the UK, offering flexibility for hybrid working and the chance to direct the growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Work closely with the marketing department to generate leads and develop sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations of our product to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry
  • Collaborate with the company directors to set sales targets and develop business plans

Requirements

  • Background in an industrial or manufacturing background is beneficial
  • Proven lead generation and sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the software or tech industry is a plus
