Team Leader - The Floor Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Floor Room. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver outstanding results, ensuring high standards are met, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

About the Role:

  • Lead a small team to achieve sales and commercial targets
  • Ensure high standards of store presentation and customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to drive commercial success
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Manage resources, retention, and performance of the team

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience from a retail or premium environment
  • Demonstrable love of interior design/textiles or previous experience in a design-led environment
  • Some supervisory or team-leading experience
  • Proven ability to deliver strong commercial results, including personal sales targets
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training others
  • Reasonably tech-savvy with a working knowledge of standard Microsoft packages
