Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a distinguished estate in central London
  • Supervise the daily operations of property assets, ensuring optimal maintenance and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Uphold high standards in asset management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Enhance the value and performance of the properties under management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MRICS qualification is not mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property management is essential
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, including lease administration and service charge management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
