At Principia Estate and Asset Management, we focus on the stewardship of residential properties, managing a diverse portfolio that includes both historic and modern residences. Our properties are often situated in areas of historical significance, with many being classified as Grade II Listed.

Our core operations are centered in prestigious boroughs, where we emphasize a collaborative approach to property management, engaging leaseholders, freeholders, managing agents, and all essential stakeholders.

We are in search of skilled and driven property management professionals to enhance our dynamic team.

As a well-regarded independent Block Management firm, we are looking for a seasoned Property Management Specialist to join our vibrant office.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional property management services.
- Collaborating closely with property managers and the finance team.
- Overseeing a portfolio of properties.

- Conducting regular evaluations of service agreements, establishing service standards, identifying necessary preventive maintenance, and pre-authorizing expenditures within set limits.

- Performing property inspections and generating detailed reports.
- Conducting routine risk assessments for each property in your portfolio.

- Reviewing health and safety documentation (including fire risk assessments, water hygiene evaluations, and engineering reports) and coordinating necessary corrective actions in consultation with clients.

- Engaging with health and safety experts and contractors as needed.
- Preparing service charge budgets.
- Mentoring junior property managers.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
