Sales Professional

Your new company, an award-winning financial services organisation, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Brighton. As a Sales Executive, you will be working in a dedicated sales team that prioritises customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses, booking appointments for the Field Sales Team to pitch for new business.
- Update CRM systems and arrange appointments.
- Follow up on leads, online quotes, and enquiries, as well as contact previous users.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous B2B sales experience, ideally phone-based or within financial services. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential.
What We OfferAs a Sales Executive, you will receive an annual salary of £27k plus commission (circa £35k OTE, based on sales/revenue generated). You will also benefit from full training, a generous benefits package, and a 37.5 hour working week.
The company offers a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday, private medical cover, an employee wellbeing programme, and an enhanced pension scheme.
