Customer Experience Team Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Assistant at London Drainage Facilities Ltd.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely assistance to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide personalized customer service
- Update worksheets and track changes and statuses for each customer job
- Liaise with engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers
- Previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
