About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Experience Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with our dedicated plumbing and drainage engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer experience is consistently high-quality and meets our company's standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres, enabling you to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service from day one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
