Store Operations Manager

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and supporting your colleagues in achieving their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers
Support your colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks
Open and close the store, and complete duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety
Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager for day-to-day queries
Maintain a great understanding of how your store is performing, and assist managers in delivering any actions that help improve the running of the store

A competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases based on location and skills
A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired
