About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, and that our team members are supported and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of customer service and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
