What experience and qualifications must I have to apply?

Requirements of a Room Leader
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (NVQ, Cache, C&YPW etc)
- Enthusiasm and Self Motivation
- Excellent team Worker
- Able to lead the room and inspire the team
- Able to maintain excellent team spirit
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Able to be sensitive to children's needs
- A strong & workable knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Understanding of play based approach to children’s learning and development
- Knowledge of child protection procedures and safeguarding
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
