About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Assistant at London Drainage Facilities Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely assistance to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide timely assistance to customers
  • Update worksheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations

  • Liaise with engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers
