Customer Experience Team Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive change within our award-winning Drainage Service company.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in Ongar, Essex, and involves working closely with our dedicated plumbing and drainage engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to schedule follow-on jobs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to drive positive change and improve customer experiences
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
