About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Gcbrecruitment. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through exceptional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure maximum performance.
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring efficient operations and effective use of resources.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and development.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Qualifications: Full UK driver's license and own vehicle required.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven, proactive, and positive approach to business generation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £27,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- OTE: £50,000 OTE, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
