Commercial Account Executive

Aston Charles Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join their team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice on insurance programs, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including those in the food processing, distribution, and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide expert advice on insurance programs, identifying potential gaps in cover and suggesting innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their insurance programs reflect their exposure to risks.
- Take the lead on renewals, using market knowledge and negotiating skills to obtain the most comprehensive cover.
- Collaborate with a talented team of brokers, handlers, and support personnel to deliver exceptional client service.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of property, liability, financial lines, and commercial combined covers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly numerate, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Team-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the success of the company.
