We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Occupational Therapy Training program in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating a comprehensive training program for adults working with children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders.
- Develop innovative and comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of parents, families, educational settings, and our team.
- Manage logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program execution.
- Build strong relationships with partners and participants to maximize program impact.
- Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.

- Demonstrates knowledge of a range of appropriate therapeutic intervention.
- Demonstrates awareness of the roles of other professionals.
- Demonstrates awareness of standards of record keeping.
- Able to maintain intense concentration.
