We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team to ensure the safe delivery of evidence-based clinical interventions and practice.
- Assist the team manager in leading practice development, clinical governance, pathway development, audit, and standards within the team.
- Collect and analyze data to inform service provision and management, including access and waiting times, and facilitate audits and feedback.
- Provide advanced clinical skills and support in service development, pathway development, and care delivery in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, and other agencies.
- Network professionally locally and nationally, and disseminate information with colleagues.
- Lead and present complex, sensitive, and challenging clinical and professional communication processes that may impact on service users, carers, staff, the team, the organization, partner agencies, and the public.
- Chair and facilitate complex case reviews and meetings involving other agencies or organizational forums.
- Provide highly specialist advice to multidisciplinary team colleagues regarding the care and treatment of service users.
- Supervise senior clinicians in the team, overseeing caseload management, ensuring quality of interventions, timely responses, and regular communication with the MDT to assist case formulation.
- Model standards of care for all Care Coordinators and hold a caseload of complex individuals within the CMHT service.
