Consultant Haematologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Haematologist to join our team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our Haematology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Haematology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other clinical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide educational and training opportunities for junior staff and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit projects.
We are looking for a Consultant Haematologist with:
- MRCP or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Haematology, with a strong track record of clinical leadership and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
