Consultant Haematologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Haematologist to join our team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our Haematology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Haematology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Collaborate with other clinical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide educational and training opportunities for junior staff and students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit projects.

We are looking for a Consultant Haematologist with:

• MRCP or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Haematology, with a strong clinical background and expertise in patient care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other clinical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
