Workday FDM Architect

As a Workday FDM Architect at Kainos, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will be a holistic expert in Workday Financials, particularly the Foundation Data Model (FDM).
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with our customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
- Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
- Be an expert in Workday Financials, using your technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide your team members, providing thought leadership and innovation.
- Develop and deliver products/offerings and services that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace.
- Deep understanding of Workday Financials with a focus on the Foundation Data Model (FDM).
- Deep understanding of accounting and an ability to understand nuanced and complex accounting situations.
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility.
- Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project and business dynamics.
