About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Solutions Architect to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
  • Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Workday products, including HCM, and provide thought leadership and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Workday products, including HCM, and a strong track record of delivering successful implementations.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to make sensible decisions under pressure, balancing customer demands and Kainos' commercial interests.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to formally present to senior client audiences and at conferences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a start-up mentality and a willingness to take calculated risks.
