About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Solutions Architect to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with our customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
  • Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
  • Be an expert in your capability, using your technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide your team members in that capability, providing thought leadership and innovation.
  • Build and improve specialist knowledge in your capability or capabilities at Kainos as well as the broader Workday community.

Minimum Requirements
  • A deep understanding of Workday products, including HCM and your specialist capability.
  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a complete understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Broad business and technology experience, with a good awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on product.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure, taking a balanced view of customer demands and Kainos commercials.
  • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives.
  • Regular participation in sales activities and responsible for providing input to work estimates.
  • Understanding of risk management and able to manage risk within the capability.
