About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday FDM Architect to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with customers and shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.
  • Provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday Financials, with a focus on the Foundation Data Model (FDM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Workday Financials with a focus on the Foundation Data Model (FDM).
  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders.
