Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to work with a leading people development consultancy.
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and organized individual to support our dynamic team. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and managing training modules on Microsoft Teams
- Assisting delegates in joining the Teams platform and troubleshooting technical issues
- Effectively managing a time-critical task list for ongoing projects
- Handling various Excel spreadsheets and ensuring accurate data management
- Overseeing training programme joining instructions and post-course evaluations
- Supporting the management of several generic email boxes
- Contributing to general administrative tasks across multiple projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Proficient in all Microsoft products, including Office 365 and OneDrive
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams, particularly in an admin support capacity
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability across various software platforms
- Capable of working well under pressure and resolving issues promptly
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading and typing skills
- Ability to travel to Bristol for occasional meetings
