Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc., you'll be responsible for:

  • Completing administration tasks related to payroll queries
  • Using and maintaining the time and attendance system to process the on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
  • Coordinating and recording absence and sickness, and managing the absence hotline
  • Setting up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
  • Processing on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
