Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Ambassador: Represent the hotel and the company with a warm and welcoming smile, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Security and Health & Safety: Comply with all security and health and safety policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the reception area is always tidy and well-presented.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Cultural Awareness: Have a good level of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate and interact with multi-cultural clientele.
