We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Management Administrator to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a key member of our products team, you will play a crucial role in managing the administration of our training products and ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Portfolio in managing the current portfolio proposition to ensure its ongoing commercial viability and relevance to our market.
- Manage the product and services material libraries on SharePoint, including version control.
- Ensure that all training materials are consistent with the company brand guidelines.
- Support the Head of Portfolio to ensure all product materials, assets, and realia are created, updated, and delivered to the business in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate product performance and customer feedback reports.
- Maintain the products quality manual and process documents, driving continuous improvement to maintain quality and speed to market.
- Administration experience, preferably in a training provider environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Good Excel skills.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail with good proof-reading and quality checking experience.
- A high standard of verbal and written English.
