We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team./ppThe successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective point of contact for both our client and our UK operations team. They will be responsible for the management of all aspects of statutory compliance across the UK account portfolio, as well as other defined tasks to support UK Operations./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliMonitoring and responding effectively and quickly to requests received by the FM Helpdesk./liliProviding support or assistance for incoming issues related to FM./liliWorking through the process of solving problems with clients./liliReporting significant or reoccurring issues to the management team, gathering feedback to determine issues and patterns so that they can be resolved./liliWalking clients through FM processes and functions to ensure all KPIs & SLAs are met./liliReporting customer feedback and trends to Management Team./liliAnswer Helpdesk / Switchboard calls./liliLog service requests on CAFM system./liliContinually updating customers using the communication Strategy./liliRequest updates from Hard / Soft Services teams./liliUpdating client on service requests./liliManage sub-contractor callout process./liliManage work orders and ensure accuracy data is achieved./liliAssist in all sites across the account achieving the highest level of statutory compliance./liliPromote QHSE and drive tangible improvements in safety performance and culture./liliProvide administrative support to local line management at all levels./liliWorking with the Account Management and team ensuring that best practice in health & safety is adopted and regularly reviewed./liliComplete Syngenta and CBRE site inductions for staff and contractors./liliAssist with ensuring Authority to Work (ATW) are issued./liliSupport with audit management (Internal & External)./liliProduce management reports as required by the Account Management./li/ulpWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our team.
