The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our creative team in London. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in the execution of 360 marketing and communication projects for various clients in the food and beverage industry.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Account Managers in the daily management of clients and the development of marketing plans.
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of communication materials, including press releases, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Participating in the organization of trade shows and events.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for Trade, PR, and Digital campaigns.
  • Carrying out market monitoring, market analyses, and positioning studies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of the marketing landscape and previous related internships or experience.
  • An interest in the food and beverage industry and a desire to discover the world of communication and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • A passion for events and a willingness to attend these on an ad hoc basis.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage.
