About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our team at BCMS Marketing. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for our clients across paid search channels, predominantly Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution, strategy, and performance reporting of paid search campaigns.
  • Analyse and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
  • Manage client communications, responding to queries and updating them on performance.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Growth Managers to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Support the development of media buying and creative roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members if applicable.

About You:

  • You are an experienced Google Ads expert with a passion for e-commerce and D2C marketing.
  • You have a proven track record of working towards performance-based metrics and understand the full marketing funnel.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel in collaborative settings.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and ensure that testing and project updates are documented and communicated effectively.
  • You value knowledge-sharing within a team and recognize its role in collective growth and success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, either agency or client-side.
  • Proven experience in driving performance improvements through Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns.
  • Experience with YouTube, Demand Gen, or Discovery Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Feed Management tools and advanced Shopping/PMAX setups.
  • Strong data manipulation skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in using GA4 and third-party attribution platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
