IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
HYBRID WORKING - 2 DAYS IN OFFICE

This rapidly growing organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the team and deliver technical assistance for the network and operational systems.

On a daily basis, the IT Support Specialist will evaluate incident patterns and engage in problem resolution for these recurring challenges while also maintaining existing products and, when necessary, suggesting new features.

What you'll need to excel

The IT Support Specialist is accountable for managing systems in a cloud environment - including monitoring, network security, and troubleshooting.

Consequently, the company is only interested in candidates who can showcase experience and expertise in a cloud environment.

Comprehensive training can be offered in certain key areas; however, the role would be ideal for someone possessing the following skills and knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including; InTune, Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Storage & Virtual Machines
Additional beneficial knowledge includes; SQL Server.

What you will receive in return
