Overview:
Join a leading organization in the region as an Infrastructure Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering 2nd and 3rd Line ICT support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all infrastructure servers and services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement ITIL best practices to uphold a high standard of support.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and possess a proactive mindset, eager to learn and collaborate with team members. Essential experience includes:
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server), including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server functionalities, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.
  • Strong expertise in VMWare.
  • Solid background in networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN) and related services, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and Firewalls.
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices and application management across both Apple and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems.
