**Description**:
We’re looking for a Flooring Specialist to join our Retail Sales team in Hull.

As our ScS Flooring Specialist, the purpose of the role is to be the flooring expert in store, helping our customers create a home they love by supporting them to find a perfect flooring solution for their home.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Take the lead with flooring sales, coaching and developing colleagues with knowledge and expertise
- Support the team on meeting and exceeding targets through delivering KPIs
- Work within the team to deliver a market leading, 5 star customer experience
- Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all ScS flooring products and services
- Identify opportunities to make improvements which will optimise the sales opportunities within the store, sharing ideas with the wider team
- Involvement in all operational tasks required to assist with the day to day running of the store
- Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the position
- Live and breathe the ScS RIGHT values and behaviours
