Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Re-Boot Care Services. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support with our financial activities, including managing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments and collections are made.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management, including month-end and year-end reports.
  • Carry out financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local governing body regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management and other team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
