Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Accounts Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Ensure adherence to the Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules and facilitate the use and maintenance of our accounting system.
  • Banking and Cash Management: Oversee daily banking activities, manage petty cash processes, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Assist with bill postings, invoice authorizations, and credit control operations.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise directly with clients to process payments and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Soft Skills: Effective and articulate communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
