Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with various departments to address accounting transactions and resolving any inquiries promptly.
- Assisting in the management of client and office account transactions, particularly in relation to invoicing.
- Offering support to colleagues as needed and serving as the primary contact for complex inquiries.
- Ensuring adherence to the Solicitor's Accounts Regulations within the team.
- Performing additional tasks as required by the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a financial legal administrator within a dynamic law practice.
- Current understanding of Solicitors Accounts Regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and legal accounting software (Proclaim is utilized).
- General knowledge of Conveyancing Law.
- Personable and approachable, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- High level of attention to detail and precision.
