Accounts Administrator Role at AR Hine Associates

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our finance team at AR Hine Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing purchase ledger, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process purchase ledger transactions, including matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
  2. Set up new supplier accounts on Sage accounting system as required.
  3. Raise and manage queries with suppliers and internal teams regarding purchase invoices and credits.
  4. Complete supplier statements reconciliation.
  5. Prepare and manage payroll.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in purchase ledger and payroll.
  • Competent user of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
