Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business engagement strategies to foster partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the recruitment process for various business roles, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to promote the company's interests and values.
Working Hours and Terms:
The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, term-time only, with two INSET days and two set days in August to support students on GCSE and A Level results days.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is NJC Level 6, Point 24, with an actual starting salary of £29,018 (FTE £34,064).
