Business Development Manager - Traffic Management

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CVL:LDN Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients across the UK, providing traffic management solutions to a wide range of clients including highway agencies, utilities, local authorities, and events companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality traffic management solutions
  • Manage and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the traffic management industry
  • Strong understanding of the traffic management market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
