Fitness Class Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging and effective group exercise classes, taking into account the needs and abilities of our members.
- Collect and manage class registers, ensuring accurate bookings and efficient class operations.
- Assist in the development of safe and effective programming, incorporating innovative ideas and initiatives.
- Champion health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for all members and staff.
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with the position, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered.
- Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline.
- Experience of delivering classes in a comparable role.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members.
- The ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
- Good numerical and written skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- 22 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
