Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for the daily operation of Sport Central's gym, providing a welcoming and safe experience for customers by delivering fitness appointments, gym inductions, and health assessments, as well as leading high-quality fitness classes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer service excellence in a busy gym environment
- Lead fitness classes and provide health assessments
- Monitor and evaluate health and fitness goals
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer experience
The Fitness Instructor will join Northumbria Sport, a core department within Campus Services, responsible for delivering an excellent student experience through sport, fitness, and wellbeing programmes.
About You- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience of delivering customer service excellence in a busy gym environment
- Qualified to instruct at least 3 different Group Exercise Classes
- Knowledge of how to set, monitor, and evaluate Health & Fitness goals
